South Sudan and Egypt signs a cooperation agreement in the field of higher education

Republic of South Sudan and Egypt have signed an agreement of cooperation in the field of higher education and scientific research and a protocol for establishment of an Egyptian Cultural Office in Juba.

South Sudan and Egypt signs a cooperation agreement in the field of higher education

 

The agreement inked between South Sudan’s Minister of Higher Education and Research, Science and Technology, Peter Adok and his Egyptian counterpart Prof. Mustafa Musa’ad on Monday at the Ministry of Higher Education in Cairo in the presence of South Sudan’s ambassador in Egypt, Anthony Louis Kon.

Adok expressed his happiness and said that the agreement would be a step towards building strong relationships and excellence in higher education and scientific research between the two countries.

For his part, Egyptian Minister of Higher Education stressed Egypt's keenness on building strong relationships with South Sudan in the field of higher education and scientific research, announcing that the Egyptian Government agreed to accept 2400) students from students who were studying in State of Sudan and (500) new scholarships this year.

Musa’ad promised to consider the request of the Government of South Sudan to find opportunities in the technical institutions and industry for South Sudanese .

The two sides agreed in the agreement for cooperation in higher education and scientific research on exchange visits of professors and faculty and scientific delegations, expertise in the area of curriculum development, support and promotion of national capacity-building efforts by providing training opportunities in the short and medium term.

The solution is using Module Class Suffix. You can customize button, module content follow Module Class Suffix

E.g. Module Class Suffix: bg-white @bullhorn then:
- Class of buttom is 'ico-bullhorn'. If without @... the default is 'icon-pushpin'
- Class of module is 'bg-white'
